My name is Jason Sandeman and I am a chef. I have worked in this business for just shy of 20 years. I got my start when I was 13 years old at an old A&W carhop. I graduated to fries from dish, and the rest is history. Since then, one would say that I have been obsessed with food. I read about food, think about food, cook food, and of course, eat food. The whole point of this podcast is to help you create memories with your food. To do that, we need to elevate the senses of your audience with your flawless technique. Sometimes what I have to say will be controversial, but always given with as much passion as I have for food.
