This Podcast began as a simple way for our Kung Fu Family to stay in touch. I wanted the students to have the ability to stay connected. Some practice full martial arts and work hard. Other practice gracefully and for their health. They all work equally hard. practice in a simple, non-commercial Chinese Martial Arts Training Hall ( Kwoon ) located in central NC. We practice Kungfu to be a better people first, and a better martial artist second. Students put in as much effort on their hearts and minds, as they do their hands and feet. They are required to work and help each other. We don’t do uniforms, expensive tests and belts. We do recognize: - You work to make yourself and classmates better - Your test? Answer this question : are you better than 100 days ago? - Your rank, yes, it is your effort.
