A few months after the publicity Mike had a breakdown and it was then that he realised that the key to being slim and healthy long term is to think differently and to realise why you do what you do and then choose a better option. Since then Mike has worked with thousands of clients 1-2-1 to really get to the bottom of their problems and to realise that ultimately to be slim then you don't need willpower.
