The timeless Indian greeting "Namaste" conveys the prayerful respect of the divinity within each and every one of us. The intention of these podcasts is to cultivate a caring, compassionate community - locally and globally - that will draw upon the ancient wisdom that reveals our connectedness as being "all one people." We will examine various systems of spirituality and psychology that together provide the foundation and practical ways we may integrate the Namaste Principle into our lives. We will include in these discussions a focus upon Vedanta, Raja Yoga, Buddhism, Christianity (especially as Jesus presents his intentions in "A Course in Miracles") as well as the works of Marshall Rosenberg (Nonviolent Communication), Byron Katie (Loving What is / The Work), Stephen Covey (The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People), Sigmund Freud, Carl Jung, Bruce Lipton (Spontaneous Evolution) and others.
