The Biomass Thermal Energy Council (BTEC) is a nonprofit association dedicated to advancing the use of biomass for heat and other thermal energy applications. BTEC is an association of biomass fuel producers, appliance manufacturers and distributors, supply chain companies and non-profit organizations that view biomass thermal energy as a renewable, responsible, clean and energy-efficient pathway to meeting America’s energy needs. BTEC engages in research, education, and public advocacy for the fast growing biomass thermal energy industry. To provide timely insights into the rapidly evolving biomass thermal industry, BTEC continues to create a series of audio interviews with experts in biomass thermal energy and the forest products industry. These interviews address contemporaneous topics of immediate concern to key stakeholders. Each interview is 20-30 minutes in duration.
